App Store privacy: Data Not Collected
Nothing is transmitted automatically. Sharing, exporting, or emailing support happens only when you choose it.

What Nordhue processes
The app processes live camera frames and available AR or depth information for previews, photos you select, saved projects and room names, chosen colors, preferences, a profile name, and an optional profile image.

Where information lives
Projects, preferences, and profile details are stored in the Nordhue app container on your device, including local preferences and Application Support storage. Nordhue has no account system, backend database, or cloud sync.

Camera and Photos
Camera access powers live wall previews. Photo selection uses the system picker and begins only when you choose a photo. Add-only Photos access is requested only when you enable or use export. Live frames are not saved unless you explicitly save or export an image.

Sharing and support
Nothing is shared automatically. You decide when to export, use the iOS share sheet, or contact support. Email messages are handled by your mail provider and include only the contact details, message, and attachments you choose to send so Nordhue can respond.

No tracking or ads
Nordhue does not sell personal information, use third-party analytics, show advertising, create advertising profiles, or track activity across apps and websites.

Retention and deletion
Local data remains until you clear saved projects or remove the app. You can change Camera and Photos permissions in iOS Settings. Images exported to Photos remain there until you delete them from your library.

Children and transfers
Nordhue is not directed to children under 13. Because Nordhue does not operate a server for app data, your camera, photos, projects, and preferences are not transferred internationally by Nordhue.
